If phase one was the self-recorded audition (Remember? The one that I scared the poop out of my entire family recording?), then phase two was today’s callback in-studio audition
I just want to go on record again, and without any intended impropriety, and state that Nolan at DACAPO is the best voice director you’ve never heard of. I have never met anyone so patient with talent, able to guide them to exactly where they need to go, and willing to do whatever it takes to squeeze the best possible performance out of them.
I may not get this part (I mean, I hope I do, but it’s an audition right?), but, as always, I had a blast and even learned things about myself as a voice actor.
Now pardon me while I cross every crossable part of my body.
