Had a great session at DACAPO this morning for a local advertisement, and the best part was when I gave them the old A, B, and C reads and the clients all sounded happy but the director said, “We’re not letting you off that easy!”
It’s always gratifying when you can get that kind of feedback, which is why I love working with directors who aren’t me (don’t even get me started on self-direction nightmares). I ended up giving them probably a dozen different takes, and they seemed happy with the results. So, “another satisfied customer”, I suppose.
